Paid plans are billed according to the active plan terms. Unless legally required, paid amounts are non-refundable.

ApartamentIA is provided as available and does not guarantee complete absence of interruptions or errors.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the jurisdiction of Madrid, Spain.
