You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
1. How to request it
Send an email to privacy@apartamentia.com with subject "Data deletion request".
Include for identification:
- Account email
- Associated phone (if applicable)
- Company or property name (if applicable)
2. Identity verification
We may request additional confirmation before executing deletion.
3. Processing time
We resolve requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days after identity validation.
4. Deletion scope
We delete or anonymize personal data in active systems, except when legal retention is required.
Once completed, we will send confirmation by email.
